In a quiet location, this bright non-smoking apartment in the attic on 63 sqm. Furnished in a cozy country house style and with views over Lindau, the mountains and some even lake views. It can accommodate 2 people. Rest and relaxation is so easy.
You can expect a loggia, a spacious living room with sofa bed, cable TV, stereo with adjoining dining area. A well equipped kitchen u. a. with dishwasher, a daylight bathroom with shower and bathtub, all with underfloor heating.
Pets are not allowed. In addition, lockable bicycle storage is available. Final cleaning, bed linen and 1 set of towels per person are included. The tourist tax is calculated separately and paid to the community. With us you can arrive and depart 7 days a week. Due to the existing key safe even a late arrival is easily possible. With a fantastic view of Lake Constance and the surrounding mountains, you can spend relaxing days here. Also, the nearby hiking trail invite you to wonderful walks in nature.
In about 20 minutes walk to the Lindau island, or you can use the about 150 meters away city bus connection (every 30 minutes) to the historic old town and other parts of the city. Walks to nearby trails with a slight slope are possible directly from the house. Within 1 km you will find all the shops of the daily. Life.

Summary: Excellent location with excellent facilities. Excellent view to Bodensee. A good spot to view New Year Fireworks looking over the lake. Kitchen is well equipped.

Summary: Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in Ihrer Ferienwohnung gehabt! Eine sehr ruhige behagliche Wohnung und ein großartiger Ausblick auf den See, den Ort die Umgebung und die Berge! Lindau und der Hafen sind auch durch einen idyllischen Spaziergang gut zu erreichen. Ich hatte mir von Zuhause noch eine Wolldecke mitgebracht und war auch froh darüber. Danke für die schöne Zeit; vielleicht bis ein andermal! Familie Spang

Summary: Schöne Wohnung mit grandiosem Ausblick. Sehr gute Ausstattung der Küche. Aussichtsbedingte Lage am Hang und im 2ten Stock für ältere Menschen etwas beschwerlich aber machbar. Bei bewertung aller Randbedingungen eine Wohnung in der man schöne Ferien verbringen kann.

Summary: Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Aussicht war wirklich wunderschön. Da kann man schon mal einen oder auch mehrere Abende einfach auf dem Balkon verbringen. Allerdings waren wir froh, keine E-bikes zu haben, bis zum abschließenbaren Abstellraum mussten wir die Räder ca. 20 Stufen hoch tragen. Ein Gefrierschrank /-fach wäre schön gewesen, auch für unsere Kühlakkus für die Heimreise. Im großen und ganzen waren wir aber sehr zufrieden.
